I discovered this puzzle in Brian Menold's book, WOODEN PUZZLES. The objective is to place all four pieces within the larger tray, sitting flat, with no overlap.

You’ll find many versions of this particular puzzle out in the world. As for my take on it, I added a smaller secondary tray to hold the triangular pieces, along with a magnetic acrylic lid to keep everything securely together. It was one of my most popular puzzles at Holiday Markets.

Material: Tray made from Walnut and Cherry. Pieces made from Padauk and Purpleheart.
